The studio / Arnav & Sanchit

Two founders.
One very
restless idea.

What if the people who imagine it
also know how to make it work?

Where it started

A website was
only the beginning.

Websauce began with a practical brief: help businesses show up better online. But a website does not exist on its own. It needs a product story, a visual point of view and something worthwhile on the other side of the first click.

Conversations with retailers brought another problem into focus: creating product content can mean coordinating shoots, finding the right light, learning another tool and still wondering what to publish. That question became the starting point for Anna AI—our studio-led creative production service.

Today, Websauce brings creative direction, digital building and applied AI into one practice. A campaign can become a website. A repetitive task can become a useful product. A form can become a better conversation, as we explore with Faaram. The connection is not a technology. It is a desire to make the entire experience feel considered.

We are building an independent studio with a long view: close to the work, honest about its stage, and ambitious about what it can become. India-first. Open to the world.

A few things we believe / Original studio notes

The technology can be complicated. The next step shouldn’t be.

The people behind the practice
Co-founder

Arnav Madan.

Good ideas deserve
working software.

Arnav builds and deploys AI products around real business problems. His work brings software engineering and product thinking into the same conversation: what needs to change, what should the system do, and what would make someone trust it enough to use it?

His experience includes work at Vivriti NEXT and independent explorations of product ideation, conversational interfaces and intent-led software. KarzSetu is one expression of that interest: helping people navigate preparation and review workflows. It remains an independent project, separate from client systems.

At Websauce, that building instinct meets a broader ambition: make the product, the interface and the story belong together. Take an idea seriously enough to question it. Give it a clear shape. Stay with the details until it becomes something useful. That is the standard the studio is being built around.

Co-founder

Sanchit Mahajan.

Better work starts
with a better question.

Sanchit co-founded Websauce with Arnav, bringing a computer-science engineering background to a studio shaped by practical business needs. The starting point is the work itself: what a business is trying to communicate, what its customers need to understand, and what could make that exchange better.

Websauce’s early work with smaller businesses exposed how closely those questions are connected. A better website needs a clearer story. A product needs imagery that does it justice. A team needs a process it can repeat. That thinking also sits behind the early Anna AI work he has shared publicly.

Websauce is their shared practice: identity, interfaces, content and technology considered together. Both founders stay close to what the studio is becoming, with an ambition to build lasting relationships around work that has a clear purpose and a recognisable point of view.
